To strengthen our Quality team, we are looking for a motivated QC Operator to join us at our Almelo site.
Role Overview
As a QC Operator, you will be responsible for executing quality control inspections of medical devices and single use devices, both produced in-house at our Almelo facility and externally at TSC Life co-manufacturers. Inspections are diverse and cover physical, mechanical, and electronic areas. You will play a key role in ensuring our products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements, while acting as a quality ambassador within the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Execute quality control testing of medical devices and single use devices within the scope of TSC-PTM in line with internal testing procedures and test plans.
- Prepare day-to-day work planning in close consultation with the QC Supervisor.
- Inform key stakeholders of non-conformities and take appropriate actions according to internal procedures.
- Support in training and instructing operators on In-Process Checks (IPCs).
- Act as a quality ambassador within TSC Life by proactively driving and promoting a strong quality culture.
Requirements
- MBO degree in a technical field.
- Strong affinity with technology and interest in working with physical, mechanical, and electronic product inspections.
- Relevant experience in quality control, ideally within medical devices, MedTech, or a related regulated industry.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, GMP, or similar quality standards is a strong advantage.
- Good communication skills in both English and Dutch.
