In this role, you have the opportunity
to join the Regional Service Parts Fulfillment team, as part of the Service Parts Supply Chain (SPS) organization. The primary responsibility of the Service Parts Supply Chain is to serve patients, clinicians and engineers who rely on healthcare equipment that works. The key purpose is to provide them with the right part when and where they need it – every time.
Strong relationships into the regions and sense of urgency to drive customer order fulfillment through advanced processes are key for this role.
You are responsible for:
- Owning the order management and backorder processes in region including backorder daily management and communication to field service
- Escalation management on order delays including deep dives on order delay root causes
- Supporting and owning improvement projects on regional fulfillment processes and translating regional requirements into SPS order fulfillment processes aligning these within the order fulfillment community in SPS
- Definition of regional ASAP processes including processes adherence control of the respective ASAP team
- Creating insights from customer SLA and customer demands into SPS
- Supporting global hold process actions
- Holding Accenture ASAP team accountable on KPI delivery (eg. ETA accuracy, response time)
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following :
- Master or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in order management or supply chain operations, ideally in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Understanding of regulated product order fulfillment, including traceability, documentation, and handling of serialized or lot-controlled inventory.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, and strong Excel skills; experience with SMAX preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work cross-functionally and globally
- High sense of urgency and accountability, especially when dealing with time-sensitive, patient-impacting shipments
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working within strict regulatory and quality requirements.
- Fluency in English
- Experience with LEAN deployment is preferred
