Henrique has created a unique menu focusing on the trading routes of Portugal, incorporating traditional dishes with a modern twist using Asian flavours and spices. We are looking for a Runner:
- Who will support our team of our waiters in ensuring every guest enjoys their dining experience.
- Who will be delivering and clearing away orders and deal directly with guests when colleagues need some extra support.
- Who will explain menus and drinks lists and looks for opportunities to upsell.
- Who will assist in opening and closing set up of the restaurant, and cleaning/polishing china, glass and silverware
- Who ensures our restaurant runs smoothly, delivering memorable experiences
- Who is passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations
