Morito Europe BV is a Japanese trading company, a subsidiary of Morito Holdings headquartered in Osaka, Japan. We import and export garment and automotive accessories to the rest of EU and North Africa. Even though you might not have heard about us before, there is a high chance that the buttons and snaps on the clothes you wear are from us!
The role we are looking for:
We are seeking for administration role to join our team in Rotterdam. We welcome applications from candidates with experience in office administration, data entry and customer service.
This role requires working with our sales Managers, providing administrative support on daily sales tasks, issuing PI, PO, shipping documents and communication with clients.
Your responsibilities:
- Overall sales support work
- Order data entry
- Issue PI, PO, and shipping documents
- Delivery report to clients
- Internal and external email correspondence
Who you are:
- Communicate in French and English
- Responsible and committed
- Enjoy working in a diverse team (we are a small team of 11 with 5 different nationalities!)
- Prior work experience in administration and ERP systems such as SAP is a plus
- EU resident permit required (unable to offer visa sponsorship)
What we offer:
- A good starting salary (depends on experience and age following the CAO wholesale and related articles)
- Travel allowance of 0.23 Euros per km
- Holiday allowance paid in May each year
- 25 days annual leave per year
- Full time job with direct contract
- Working days from Monday to Friday from 09:00 – 17:00 (45min lunch break)
- A performance bonus may be presented based on company sales result
