About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Administrator who can take ownership of our warehouse activities and provide daily guidance to our warehouse staff. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales operations, maintaining accurate report in our ERP system, and supporting administrative processes.
This is a hands-on and versatile role within a multicultural company that values flexibility, clear communication, and mutual respect.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing sales-related tasks, such as inventory reporting and supporting colleagues with quotations and proposals for our headquarters.
- Supporting management, for example, at marketing events.
- Responsibility for all sales-related matters such as shipping engines and parts, mail processing, document management, and data collection.
What We’re Looking For
- You can navigate a dynamic work environment and maintain an overview.
- You are available for 40 hours per week.
- 1-3 years of experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, Finance Processing, or similar.
- Excellent command of English and/or Dutch.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Project based, took full ownership from A to Z.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in using ERP systems.
- 100% Team Player.
