Uitdagingen

As Sales Intelligence Manager, you are the central point for all things sales intelligence. You:

  • Own and optimize our CRM and lead generation tools

  • Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs

  • Provide market and competitor insights to guide strategy and keep Spring ahead of the curve

  • Support strategic tenders with data-driven input

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and IT teams across Europe

Wat breng jij mee?
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  • 3–5 years of experience, preferably in e-commerce logistics

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

  • Knowledge of sales and account management adds value to this role

  • Excellent communication skills in English (another European language is a plus)

  • A commercial, results-oriented, and collaborative attitude
