Footwear is part of TH product categories, being part of the overall portfolio of TH products (apparel, footwear, accessories, close to body and licensing).
The Position
- The Senior Director Accessories role is a crucial position responsible for leading the Tommy Hilfiger Women's Footwear Teams towards excellence to meet business objectives, commercial success and building strong brand equity, aligned to each label gender strategy.
- Strong product vision and strategy is required, not only to continue the business but to transform and grow further and evolve where needed.
- This role needs to be able to balance between being part of label lifestyle, while ensuring the specialist needs of the categories are being fulfilled.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Category Expansion: Strategically unlock future growth opportunities in partnership with business, supply, and vendors.
Product Creation: Identify and improve product quality and workflow; ensure design integrity, commerciality, and cross-functional alignment.
Range Planning & Lifecycle Management: Define and execute category growth plans; lead cross-functional collaboration.
Line Architecture: Align range plan with design direction, market dynamics, and commercial opportunities; drive pricing, margin, and line efficiency.
Assortment Building & KPI Management: Ensure connectivity across product, GTM, marketing, assortments, buying, and planning; drive key KPIs (margin, sustainability, allocation).
Sourcing Landscape: Guide initial style allocation; align brand needs with sourcing strategy and define direction with supply teams.
Go-to-Market: Lead milestone preparation, sales analysis, selling tools, and showroom setup.
Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the category team; foster a collaborative, creative, and high-performing environment.
Ideal Candidate
Education: Degree or equivalent.
Experience: 10+ years in the women's footwear industry.
Skill Set: Broad and deep experience across product and business functions.
Leadership: Challenges the status quo and drives excellence.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong influencer across teams and levels.
Problem Solving: Effectively solves complex challenges.
Fashion Interest: Deeply passionate about fashion and innovation.
