We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager* ARIS to spearhead the success of our market-leading process intelligence suite and to strengthen its capabilities to implement Intelligent Risk and Control Management for our customers. As a Senior Product Manager* ARIS, you’ll work in a global environment and drive the exciting future of process intelligence!
Essential Functions
Develop a deep and profound understanding of our customers’ needs to drive the best possible value of ARIS in your product area of responsibility.
Take responsibility for your product area strategy including maintaining and prioritizing your feature backlog.
Work closely with the scrum teams of your product area in delivering product innovation and enhancements.
Collect and analyze competitive information and market trends to identify opportunities for ARIS.
Refine requirements for the product and communicate these to the stakeholders involved in the development process.
Analyze metrics to inform decision-making and uncover product opportunities for ARIS in your area of responsibility.
Ensure a close collaboration and alignment of the ARIS roadmap with stakeholders like customers, marketing, and sales.
Enable stakeholders within and across the company on new e enhancement and innovation.
Work with the senior management team on the definition and refinement of the overall product strategy.
Minimum Requirements
Successfully completed a master’s degree in IT, business, or a related field (preferably in business informatics or related subjects).
3-5 years of professional experience in product management with a company that uses agile development patterns and rapid customer iteration.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management, operational resilience, business continuity, compliance, internal audit, or controls automation & continuous control monitoring.
Demonstrated track record in the design, implementation and review of compliance monitoring activities or risk and compliance management systems.
Knowledge of ARIS products or demonstrated ability to rapidly ramp up in similar categories.
Practical knowledge of process mining tools such as ARIS Process Mining.
Good experience working in a cross-functional, global environment, managing and aligning multiple stakeholders.
Strong conceptual skills, a high level of analytical thinking, and the ability to grasp things quickly.
Enthusiasm, creativity, and innovative strength.
Customer-, solution-, and team-oriented working style.
You are not a stranger to initiative and entrepreneurial thinking.
Very good presentation skills and professional communication.
Very good written and spoken English skills.
Willingness to travel (10-20%).
Nice to Haves
Experience in 1st line and 2nd line of defense role is preferred.
Experience in conducting reviews to establish and maintain the Critical Business Services (CBSs), including mapping of dependencies to locations, people, third parties, and systems, and defining impact tolerance levels for potential outages.
Experience in conducting resilience assessing initiates, including Critical Business Services scenario testing, in collaboration with the CBS owner and related operational programs.
Practical experience in integrated risk management and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) software such as ARIS GRC.
Professional experience in the field of business process management, and/or business transformation.
Consulting experience in the above fields is advantageous.
Research experience with a doctorate in the above-mentioned fields is an advantage.
Very good written and spoken German skills.
