We are looking for a Sensory & Consumer Experience Scientist to be part of the Consumer Culinary Experience team, playing a strong role in delivering relevant and actionable insights to drive the success of our innovations within an international scope.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive key strategic projects from understanding the business need, translating it into the most relevant consumer learning plan and delivering strong insights to support the development of Kraft Heinz future innovations. To do so, you will be partnering closely and effectively with Consumer Market Insights, R&D and Marketing teams.

Key Ingredients:
- Leads the consumer experience insight part of key international projects in close collaboration with multifunctional team.
- Owns consumer experience projects from start to end; establish and execute consumer product and pack assessment of our innovations ensuring holistic understanding of consumers.
- Use your analytical skills and consumer product understanding expertise to convert the data into actionable insights and conclusions.
- Use different tools and summarize different sources of information to guide the business for assessment of product and pack performance in alignment with our testing principles and recommendations.
- Builds & owns consumer learning plans roadmaps with the consumer marketing insight team.
- Feeds the EMDM R&D and marketing community with key insights relevant for their projects.
Networking Accountabilities
- Member of the Global R&D community and member of the Consumer Culinary Experience community
- Develops and maintains a strong network within R&D, Marketing and Consumer Insights in order to anticipate needs and assure full alignment on insight-driven projects

Qualifications and education requirements
- University degree (Masters or PhD) in Sensory Science, Consumer Science, Food Science, Design, Psychology or related fields
- Relevant (3+) experience in Consumer Research including professional placements (agency and/or FMCG company).
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English, written and spoken
- Expert in current and innovative Sensory and Consumer Science methodologies (quant & qual) and Data Science. Understanding and practice of consumer-centric innovation and design thinking is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and team skills (organization, prioritization, communication, and flexibility)
