Met jou als Shift Supervisor op de vloer werken je collega’s – of partners, zoals wij ze noemen – met een glimlach op hun gezicht en lopen de klanten met eenzelfde glimlach naar buiten. Naast de beste koffie schenken jullie de beste service. Dat is nog eens customer focused!

Wat ga je doen als Shift Supervisor

• Open je de shop, dan regel je de planning – wie staat waar vandaag –, organiseer je de pauzes en het schoonmaakplan.
• Alles wat voorbereid kan worden, wordt geprept. Staan de mokken klaar, is de slagroom geklopt?
• Kwaliteit leveren betekent kwaliteit controleren. Je checkt de status van de verse producten. Iedere kans tot verbetering pak je aan. Je traint en coacht

partners.

• Begin je later, start je op de vloer. Na de hand-over pak je de planning op. Is er nog een wijziging nodig?
• Aan het einde van je shift zorg je ervoor dat alles blinkt en is bijgevuld, dat alle cash is geteld, dat de kas klopt en reports daarover de deur uit zijn. Alarm erop en gaan.

Jij als Shift Supervisor

• Hebt zeker al een jaar ervaring opgedaan in retail of horeca!
• Een klant die zijn dag niet heeft, laat je die van jou niet bederven. Jouw glas – of koffiemok – is altijd halfvol.

- Jij bent target- en klantgericht! Wil de klant een extra pomp vanilla syrup [upsell] of gebruikmaken van de bundeldeal [suggest]?

• Met jou erbij staat iedereen klaar voor de piek die gaat komen. Je weet je partners ook wel echt ultiem te positioneren om het beste uit de piek te halen.
• Jij bent in staat om snel beslissingen te nemen, bewaart rust en bewaakt de veiligheid voor zowel klanten als partners.
• Regelmatig schrijf jij een thank you-card aan een van je partners in het Engels of Nederlands. Waardering moet je uiten, vind je, en die kaarten liggen er niet voor niets.

Wat je krijgt als Shift Supervisor

• Flexibele werktijden (32 of 40 uur, maandag t/m zondag);
• All-in salaris van € 16,85 per uur, op basis van een fulltime contract is dit maandelijks € 2.920,32;
• Ga voor de bonus door het behalen van je targets! De bonus kan oplopen tot 10% van je maandsalaris op basis van de resultaten van elk kwartaal;
• Jaarlijkse bonus gebaseerd op het aantal jaren dienstverband bij Starbucks Nederland;
• Erkenningsprogramma op basis van partnerengagement en uitstekende prestaties;
• Premietoeslag van 5% bovenop je salaris wanneer je werkt in een high volume store;
• De lijst met benefits is eindeloos: altijd gratis koffie tijdens je dienst, elke week een zak gratis koffie en partnerkorting op alle andere producten in de winkel;
• Je krijgt een 7 maanden contract met 1 maand proeftijd;
• Blijf jezelf ontwikkelen, Starbucks heeft meer dan genoeg doorgroeimogelijkheden voor je;
• Volledige dekking van de reiskosten met het openbaar vervoer (afhankelijk van de reisafstand naar de store);
• Pensioen is misschien nog ver weg, maar het is al geregeld.

With you as a Shift Supervisor on the floor, your colleagues – or partners, as we call them – work with a smile on their face. You make sure the customers walk out with the same smile. In addition to the best coffee, you serve the best service. You are customer focused!

What will you do as a Shift Supervisor

• If you open the store, you arrange the planning – the division of tasks – you organize the breaks and the cleaning plan
• Everything that can be prepared is prepped
• Delivering quality means checking quality. You check the status of the fresh products, and you take every opportunity for improvement. You train, teach and coach partners.
• Are you responsible for closing the store? After the hand-over, you pick up the planning. Are any adjustments needed?
• At the end of your shift, you make sure that everything shines and is refilled, that all cash is counted and is correct, reports are done. Alarm on, and off you go.

You as a Shift Supervisor

• Have certainly gained a year of experience in retail or hospitality!
• If a customer is having a bad day, you won’t let it affect yours. Your glass – or coffee mug – is always half full.

- You are target- and customer-oriented! Does the customer want an extra pump of vanilla syrup [upsell] or use the bundle deal [suggest]?

• With you there, everyone is ready for the peak. You also know how to position your partners in the ultimate way to get the best out of the peak.
• You can make quick decisions, keep calm, and create a safe environment for both customers and partners.
• You can show appreciation by writing a thank you card to one of your partners in English or Dutch.

• Work flexible hours (32 or 40 hours, Monday to Sunday);
• All-in salary of € 16,85 per hour, based on a fulltime contract your monthly salary is € 2.920,32;
• Go for the bonus by meeting your targets! The bonus can be up to 10% of your monthly salary based on each quarter's results;
• Annual bonus based on years of employment at Starbucks Netherlands;
