The Opportunity:
Are you interested in gaining deeper insights into gaming, with a focus on EA FC 26, social media, and creative content? Do you find yourself thinking about how to make a TikTok go viral or how to write a caption that inspires engagement? If so, you might be the perfect fit for the Social Media Intern role we have available at Team Liquid.
This internship is designed as a learning opportunity where you'll gain hands-on experience in community engagement, content creation, publishing, and campaign ideation, while working closely with an experienced mentor.
Location: Hybrid (Alkmaar, Netherlands)
Internship Duration: 4-6 months
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
What You'll Be Doing
- Content Creation:
- Write engaging captions tailored to each platform’s tone and audience
- Publishing:
- Design Instagram posts using Adobe Photoshop and branded templates
- Schedule and post long-form videos, short-form clips (e.g., Reels), tweets, and static Instagram posts
- Content Development:
- Contribute ideas and help create new Instagram concepts, short- and long-form content formats, and social campaigns
- Community Engagement:
- Monitor and reply to comments and DMs across social platforms
What You’ll Need
- Genuine interest in online gaming culture and strong familiarity with EA FC 26
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (or similar tools)
- Strong writing skills and familiarity with platform-specific voice
- Creative thinker who has familiarity with social media trends
- Organized, reliable, and open to feedback
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital space
Eligibility
- To be eligible for this internship, you must meet all of the following:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (WO or HBO) in a relevant field (e.g., Sports Marketing, Communication, Media, Design)
- Able to dedicate 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship
- Based in the Netherlands, and willing to work two in-office days per week in Utrecht or Alkmaar
- Eligible to complete an internship as part of your current studies in the Netherlands.
