In this role, you are the spider in the web of the pension fund. Your role consists of:
- support for the board of the pension fund: planning and organization of board meetings and a source of information for the board members
- Involvement in the governance of the fund by, among other things, drawing up documentation such as job profiles
- supporting the director in operational matters, including a major pension transition
- support in communication by organizing webinars and texts for the website
- Drafting compliance documentation
In addition, you help prepare the meetings of the board with the supervisory board, the accountability body, employer and social partners. The pension fund also works with a number of external companies with whom you also maintain contacts.
You will work at the pension fund's administrative office in a small and dynamic team (11 people) of professionals supplemented by external advisors. The board of the pension fund consists of 8 people from ING and the trade unions.

This is a job for 24-40 hours a week. It concerns the replacement of an employee on long-term care leave. The term is 6 months with an option to extend. Your place of employment is Acanthus Amsterdam.
