Job responsibilities
As Store Manager, you will work within the bounds of the Maison’s image and culture to offer each customer a unique experience.
Brand Ambassadorship :
-Roll out and deliver the strategy of the Maison in-store, adapting it to local constraints as necessary,
-Demonstrate outstanding management skills and ensure the sales outlet is well organised,
-Conduct ongoing competitor analysis.
Sales Management :
-Set ambitious targets (turnover and KPIs) and put forward action plans to achieve them,
-Monitor and coach the sales team on a daily basis to ensure targets are met,
-Maintain visual quality standards and work with the head office Visual Merchandising team to implement guidelines,
-Manage stocks to offer a coherent product range and guarantee availability,
-Create and/or develop a customer database.
People Management :
-Work with the HR team to recruit staff members; manage teams with a focus on growing turnover and building team spirit,
-Carry out monthly performance management interviews with all staff,
-Write rotas.
Reporting and stock management :
-Feed information back to the head office (weekly and monthly reporting, product feedback, etc.),
-Minimise shrinkage by following the guidelines of the Maison,
-Ensure all procedures in the KENZO store handbook are followed.
Profile
You will need at least five years’ experience in a similar role in a premium/high-end fashion environment. We’re looking for someone who is good with people, organised and into fashion, and can use these attributes to drive sales.
You’re someone who enjoys a challenge, and your business acumen and leadership skills equip you for success.
To offer our international customers a unique experience, you will need to speak fluent Italian and English.
