Strategy Acceleration Manager

You will make a tangible impact on high-priority business decisions and growth initiatives, with direct exposure to C-level decision-making. You will work in a dynamic environment where innovation, speed, and ownership are valued. You will report to the Director of Strategy Acceleration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the transformation program and accelerate the key strategic initiatives with high-quality support.
• Partner with senior leaders across functions (e.g., Commercial, Product, Operations) to identify opportunities, structure initiatives, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Drive problem-solving sessions, develop business cases, and present recommendations to leadership.
• Track and report progress on strategic initiatives, proactively identifying risks and removing roadblocks.
• Bring an outside-in perspective and continuously challenge the status quo.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 2–3 years of strategy consulting experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
• A minimum of 1–2 years of post-consulting experience in an industry role – consumer goods, retail, or digital commerce is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of successfully driving strategic initiatives or transformations (in a corporate setting).
• Entrepreneurial mindset - proactive, adaptable, and comfortable driving change in fast-paced environments.
• Strong structured thinking, analytical capability, and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills – with experience influencing senior leadership.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams to optimize processes, enhance performance, and accelerate growth.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, drive cross-functional initiatives, and deliver measurable business impact.
