As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Studio Manager to lead our flagship studio Rocycle City, in combination with our Roform Noord studio. We're searching for an energetic leader who thrives on responsibility, connection, and excellence.
As our Studio Manager, you'll take full ownership operations. You are the heartbeat of the location, managing day-to-day operations, building a high-performing team, and delivering the unique Rostudios experience to every rider who walks through our doors. You'll oversee a team of 40+ team members and instructors, ensuring everything runs smoothly from staffing and scheduling to guest experience and studio ambiance.
Manage customer service, team performance, cleanliness, logistics, maintenance, and studio vibe
Build personal relationships with riders and create a welcoming, energized atmosphere
Forecast staffing needs, recruit, train, and, when necessary, offboard team members
Create and manage schedules for both studios, including instructor rosters and private events
Uphold Rocycle’s premium standards with consistency and care
Manage studio expenses and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners
Lead from the front with a hands-on presence during peak hours and shifts
Organize quarterly training sessions and mentor interns
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Analyze customer and team feedback (eNPS) and take action to drive improvements
Your qualifications
Proven leadership experience in a hospitality, retail, or fitness environment
A strong interest in operations, sport or lifestyle brands, and a genuine passion for hospitality and people
A natural leader who truly cares for their team, with at least 2 years of management experience
Experience managing teams of 10 or more people
Skilled in onboarding and training new team members to deliver consistent service excellence
Familiarity with booking systems, planning tools, and standard operational procedures
Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair issues within a facility or service-based environment
Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and planning abilities
A creative and solution-focused mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and elevate experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Flexible and available to work during studio operating hours, including weekends or early mornings if needed
