Are you a recruitment professional ready to step into a true advisory role in a dynamic, international environment? Nutreco is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global TA team, supporting recruitment across the Europe & Central Asia (ECA) region with initially focused on Poland and GB and the potential to expand further.
In this role, you’ll go beyond filling vacancies. You’ll serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner, leading intake meetings, shaping talent strategies, and guiding stakeholders through the full recruitment process. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are key, as you’ll influence hiring decisions, deliver market insights, and represent the TA function with professionalism and impact.
About The Role: Shaping the Future of Recruitment Excellence
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and define candidate criteria.
- Provide expert guidance on job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate evaluation techniques to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Engage candidates through various channels and cultivate strong relationships to build a talent pipeline for current and future needs, fostering a positive and lasting impression of our organization.
- Enhance our reputation as an employer of choice by highlighting our culture, values, and commitment to sustainability throughout the candidate journey.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to track performance, identify trends, and continuously improve both process efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
- Implement innovative solutions and best practices to enhance effectiveness, drive diversity, and elevate the overall recruitment experience.
Skills and Expertise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Organizational Psychology, or HR-related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Corporate Recruiter or Consultant at a recruitment agency or temporary agency.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other key stakeholders from various levels.
- Proficiency in data-driven talent approaches, utilizing metrics and analytics to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in other relevant languages, particularly Polish, is a plus.
- Preferred residency in the Netherlands.
