As our Team Lead Sales (In Office), you’ll take full ownership of one of our most pivotal sales teams: 15–20 driven Account Managers based at our Amsterdam HQ. You’ll lead with clarity, develop people with intention, and help shape the commercial strategy of a fast-growing scale-up.
This is not just a coaching role, it’s a strategic leadership position with real influence.
Your role
You’ll oversee and develop an ambitious, in-office direct sales team that advises customers daily via inbound leads. Your focus: performance, structure, and sustainable growth — both for your team and for Quatt.
Provide day-to-day leadership to 15–20 Account Managers, ensuring focus, energy, and delivery.
Coach and develop individual team members, with an eye on long-term growth and consistency.
Own the sales funnel from lead to close: identify bottlenecks, implement improvements, and monitor results.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and other team leads to align on strategy, forecasting, and process optimization.
Bring structure and maturity to a fast-moving environment, helping us scale the right way.
Lead with insight and integrity, using data and empathy in equal measure.
Who you are
You’re an experienced commercial leader with a background in high-volume sales environments. You understand what it takes to build, motivate, and mature a successful team, and you’re not afraid to make the right decisions to get there.
3–4+ years of experience in direct sales or commercial leadership roles.
Proven track record in managing and developing inside sales or account management teams.
Able to think strategically and act operationally; you combine long-term vision with hands-on drive.
Comfortable working with metrics, sales tooling, and performance dashboards.
A strong communicator who leads with purpose and presence, and knows how to bring people with them.
Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
