As a Team Leader at CHEP, you will be responsible for leading a team of production operators to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. You will drive performance, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and support the development of your team in alignment with CHEP’s values and operational goals.

** YOUR MISSION ** 🚀 – WHAT WILL YOU DO? **

• Lead and supervise daily operations within the plant or warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
• Coordinate workflow and resource allocation to meet production targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement best practices.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to production, safety, and team performance.
• Promote CHEP’s values of sustainability, diversity, and inclusion in all team activities.
• Managing the stocks to the agreed levels together with the planning department.
• Control the costs by controlling expenses, materials, equipment and energy consumption.

** WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ** 🔎:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. English language is a must, Polish language is preferred.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Experience with performance metrics and continuous improvement tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
