We are looking for a Team Leader Resources for 12 months with a possibility of extension. The preferred location for this position is in Sciedam, Netherlands. In this position, hybrid working is an option too.
Your role and responsibilities
As a Team Leader Resources you’ll be managing a dynamic and busy Field Services team with diverse expertise.
What you will do:
- Securing the delivery of the right skill at the right place and at the right time and by doing our job first time right to ensure improved customer satisfaction
- Manage assigned service delivery activities within reporting team
- Lead and coach personnel within own team(s).
- Contribute in the creation of the action plan for relevant organisation and implement assigned actions.
- Ensure that the business objectives and targets are met.
- Monitor and report business performance in assigned team.
- Ensure the development of the personnel within assigned team.
- Ensure the implementation of the processes and tools according to business as well as Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines.
- Promote Operational Excellence in the processes to improve the customer experience and customer value
- Cooperate with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Drive Wärtsilä Purpose and demonstrate Wärtsilä values
- Understand the value of collaboration and benefits it brings
