What You’ll Do
As a Translation Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our localization efforts—ensuring our software, marketing, and support content is accurately and consistently translated across multiple languages and markets.
Your Impact:
- Manage and execute translation workflows using CAT tools (preferably memoQ and/or Smartling).
- Translate, review, and edit content including software UI, help documentation, marketing materials, and legal texts.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure seamless multilingual user experiences.
- Maintain translation memories and terminology databases to ensure consistency and quality.
- Monitor and improve translation quality across all supported languages.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to localization best practices.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing complex translation/localization projects.
- Proficiency with CAT tools (memoQ and/or Smartling preferred).
- Strong command of English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with basic programming concepts and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of real estate or accounting terminology.
- Experience working in a tech or SaaS environment.
