The Enterprise organization within Nokia Network Infrastructure, focus on the Transportation, Energy, Public-Sector, Large Enterprise, Financial Services and Healthcare segments. These are the “non-telco” segments where Nokia Network Infrastructure expand sales and growth significantly.
What You'll Do:
Spot and seize new business opportunities with major clients
Grow and deepen relationships with existing customers and strategic partners
Act as the go-to expert for Nokia’s cutting-edge portfolio—think AI-driven automation, mission-critical networks, and secure data center solutions
Own the full sales cycle—from first contact to final negotiation
Define the best go-to-market strategy for each deal: direct or through key partners
Coordinates activities with pre-sales, technical, and support teams
Deliver accurate sales forecasts and hit both short- and long-term targets
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, telecom, business, or a related field
Proven experience in B2B sales/account management in tech, telco, or IT
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach—you're great at seeing the big picture and closing deals
Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
High integrity and strong customer focus—you care about doing business the right way
Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-starter with a “make it happen” mindset
