What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager, you are the key point of contact between our clients and candidates. Your role is diverse and hands-on—no two days are the same.
Responsibilities include:
- Full-cycle recruitment & selection of candidates
- Planning and scheduling temporary staff
- Managing client and candidate relationships
- Conducting on-site visits to client locations
- Administrative duties: registration, onboarding, contract management
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English (Polish or Romanian is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license (B)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- Affinity with the technical sector is a plus
- Positive, customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow
