As an Affiliate Marketeer you are the link between our marketing objectives and a network of external partners. Through smart collaborations with affiliates, you ensure that our holiday destinations are visible and attractive to a wide audience, and you see that reflected in the bookings. Together with the Marketing Performance team, consisting of 8 international colleagues, you ensure better visibility and results.

In this role you are responsible for setting up, managing, and optimising our affiliate marketing strategy. You ensure relevant, data-driven campaigns that stimulate our bookings via external networks, such as publishers, content creators and affiliate platforms. You continuously monitor the performance of campaigns, make adjustments where necessary, and ensure everything is in order from agreements to tracking and reporting.
You work with a sharp eye for data and trends, but never lose sight of the importance of the customer and partner relationship. Thanks to your efforts, we not only ensure more visibility, but also sustainable growth within the Dutch, Belgian and German markets. Furthermore, you are responsible for:
- Setting up and managing affiliate campaigns: you develop smart collaborations with networks and advertisers that contribute to more direct bookings.
- Analysis and optimisation: you closely monitor performance and translate insights from data into targeted improvement actions.
- Stakeholder management: you maintain relationships with external affiliate partners, tech platforms and agencies, and ensure everyone is on the same page.
- Compliance and contract management: you ensure that agreements, conditions, and privacy rules are observed and recorded.
- Reporting and knowledge sharing: you document learnings, share insights with the team, and actively contribute to further professionalising affiliate marketing within the organisation.
In this role you report to the Head of Marketing Performance NL, BE, DE.
You will work from our new office on Wibautstraat in Amsterdam. Working from home is partly possible, but we ask you to be in the office at least three days a week for optimal collaboration with the team.

You are analytically strong, commercially minded, and enjoy working with both data and people. You think in opportunities, are always looking for optimisation, and have an eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture. You work in a structured way, switch smoothly between different stakeholders, and know how to convey ideas clearly and convincingly both to colleagues and external partners. Furthermore, you bring:
- A higher professional education (hbo) or university degree (wo) in marketing, communication, business administration or a comparable field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in online marketing, preferably with a focus on affiliate marketing or performance marketing.
- Demonstrable experience with data-driven working and knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, affiliate dashboards and tag managers.
- Experience in an international, commercial environment is a plus.
- Excellent command of English, and preferably also Dutch or German.

- A salary between €4253 and €6076 gross per month on a full-time basis* excluding holiday allowance.
