You will be working for a dynamic logistics center located in Poeldijk, specialized in the handling and distribution of fresh fruits and vegetables. Job Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operative, your main responsibilities will include:
- Building pallets – stacking produce on pallets securely, following product type and customer requirements
- Securing pallets – wrapping and stabilizing pallets for safe transport and delivery
- Loading and unloading trailers – manually or using EPTs to move goods efficiently in and out of trucks
- Driving an EPT (Electric Pallet Truck) – transporting products across the warehouse (training provided if needed)
- Order picking – collecting items based on order lists with accuracy and care
- General warehouse maintenance – keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Other warehouse-related tasks – supporting daily operations in a hands-on and flexible manner
Candidate Profile
We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals who are physically capable of handling warehouse tasks and open to long-term employment. You are a good fit if you:
- Are physically fit and comfortable with active, manual work
- Have a communicative level of English or Dutch
- Are motivated, responsible, and eager to learn and develop
- Are available full-time and looking for long-term stability
- Prefer working in a structured, team-oriented warehouse environment
- Have previous logistics experience (advantage, but not required)
