As the AI Implementation Lead, you will be part of our Customer Care team, working closely with colleagues from Account Management, Operations, and IT. You will be responsible for translating Salesupply’s AI strategy into tangible, scalable implementations across our Customer Care operations. In this role, you will contribute to the success of our organization by successfully onboarding existing clients to AI-driven solutions (phone, email, chat), while ensuring maximum efficiency, high client satisfaction, and strong profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full lifecycle of AI implementation—from onboarding and pilot phases to full operational deployment;
- Analyze client processes and identify where AI can deliver the most value;
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (developers, data, operations) and external AI partners to select and integrate the best-fit solutions;
- Ensure data is properly collected, cleaned, and structured to train high-performing, client-specific AI models;
- Manage testing, feedback, and phased rollouts with clear performance targets;
- Monitor and report on AI performance (efficiency, cost savings, and user satisfaction);
- Continuously scout and assess new AI tools and innovations to avoid blind spots and maintain competitive advantage;
- Deliver clear reporting, business cases, and implementation updates to the management team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or customer service—preferably within e-commerce or tech;
- Hands-on experience with AI tools or projects is a plus (but not mandatory if you're eager to learn and technically savvy);
- Strong analytical and communication skills—you can translate technical topics into actionable business language;
- Self-starter with a pragmatic mindset and a structured, execution-focused work style;
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment;
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
