As one of the official cannabis cultivators participating in the Closed Coffeeshop Chain Experiment, we stand on the brink of a historic change in the Netherlands – and you can be a part of it.
For our modern indoor facility in Lelystad, we are looking for an allround production employee who can be deployed across a wide range of daily activities.
You will support our team in various stages of the cultivation process – from plant care to processing and packaging the final product. Your tasks will vary from day to day: you might be cutting cuttings, moving plants, or assisting with the harvest.
In addition, you will share responsibility for maintaining our high hygiene and cleaning standards within the facility. This includes cleaning cultivation rooms, corridors, work tables, and equipment; removing plant waste; dusting work areas; and ensuring that everything is tidied according to protocol.
You will work in a close-knit team where everyone takes responsibility. You have a proactive attitude, an eye for detail, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves – whether it’s for plant care or a thorough cleaning round.
What we expect from you:
- A hands-on mentality
- Careful, structured, and hygienic working methods
- Experience in a production environment or a background in the horticultural sector is an advantage
- Flexible attitude and proactive mindset
- Good command of English
