Quantitative Internship ALM Model Development
We're looking for a motivated individual to assist with the development and implementation of asset-liability management (ALM) models. As an intern, you'll work closely with our ALM team to support the development of financial projections and scenarios for various asset products.
Responsibilities
- Work on developing and maintaining ALM models, including data input, model calibration, and scenario analysis.
- Collaborate with the team to develop behavioural models that capture customer behaviour over time.
- Conduct sensitivity analysis and stress testing of the ALM models to assess the impact of various risk factors on the financial projections.
- Analyze the results with the ALM team to identify potential areas of risk or opportunity.
- Help prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.
We are looking for you if you are
- Currently in the final year of pursuing a degree in Econometrics, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field. Note that you must hold a student status throughout the duration of the internship.
- Available for at least 6 months
- Studying at a Dutch University (non-EU citizens on non-Dutch Universities are not allowed due to Visa restrictions)
- Familiar with financial modelling techniques
- Proficient in coding, preferably Python
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
