As an Asset Manager at riverbank s.a., you are responsible for the operational
excellence of our infrastructure assets—ranging from high-power chargers
and energy distribution systems to civil works, rest facilities, and digital
services.
You’ll take ownership of inspections, preventive maintenance planning, and
multi-year asset strategies to maximize uptime, reliability, and long-term
performance across our hubs. In close collaboration with our Deployment,
NOC (Network Operations Centre), and Engineering teams, you’ll make
sure our customers experience seamless, fast, and hassle-free recharging at
every Riverbank s.a. location.
What You'll Deliver
Operational Excellence
Monitor site performance, manage fault data, and drive proactive solutions
to ensure 99% system uptime across all charging and supporting
infrastructure.
Maintenance Planning
Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance strategies,
Provide input on the SLA and long-term planning based on asset lifecycle
data. In this role you’ll work closely with the Operations and NOC (Network
Operating Centre) team.
Asset Performance Insights
Analyze performance trends and asset health using real-time data . Lead
root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Financial Accountability
You’ll work together with the Cost Engineer to support lifecycle budgeting,
track OPEX/CAPEX, and contribute to investment plans and asset
optimization decisions across the network.
Risk & Compliance Management
Ensure all assets meet regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with our Deployment and Procurement team, as well as
external suppliers, to manage asset handovers and optimize site
performance throughout its lifecycle.
Strategic Contribution
Provide key inputs into the Riverbank s.a.network expansion, upgrades, and asset
replacement programs—aligning infrastructure decisions with performance
data and customer needs.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Asset Management within civil and
electrotechnical infrastructure, ideally in the Electric Mobility Market, energy, or utility sectors.
- Experience with EAM/BIM systems and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into actionable insight. You are hands on, you regularly visit sites,
you’re responsible for correct data and analyses in Maximo (asset management system).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills—comfortable working across functions and with external partners.
- High learning agility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English is a must; other European languages are a plus.
