The Foodbox is a vibrant and fast-growing catering company known for delivering fresh, innovative, and high-quality meals for corporate. We're seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Catering Manager to support our catering operations and ensure smooth delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Catering Manager with day-to-day operations planning
- Help coordinate kitchen and service staff for catering events
- Communicate with clients regarding event logistics, special requests, and dietary needs
- Ensure food presentation, service, and hygiene standards are consistently met
- Support in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment
- Step in to lead teams when the Catering Manager is unavailable
- Help troubleshoot issues during events to ensure client satisfaction
