What are my responsibilities?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and service minded Assistant Restaurant Manager. You will assist in the daily supervision of the restaurant operations and help on the floor in peak hours. You strive to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction.
You enjoy working in an international environment and are passionate about delivering excellent service to ensure that our guests experience a memorable stay. You enjoy working with people and work well in a team. You have great communication- and leadership skills. You have a good overview and are proactive in your daily routine. You can coach and motivate your colleagues to give their best and you have a high guest focus. To be eligible for this position you:
- have experience in an international hospitality chain;
- have experience in leading a team, experience as a supervisor or assistant is an advantage;
- are able to coach and motivate people;
- are flexible in working hours and days;
- speak and write fluently in English and-/or Dutch.
