The Position:
We’re hiring for a Barista position (Part-Time or Full-Time) to be an essential part of our daily operations. You’ll be preparing excellent espresso-based beverages, offering genuine guest interactions, and maintaining a tidy, organized bar. You’ll collaborate with your team to ensure things run smoothly, professionally, and with warmth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience as a barista is required
- Comfortable communicating in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a hospitality-focused approach
- Works well under pressure in a quality-driven environment
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
