Hotel Alexander is situated in the Museum Quarter of Amsterdam, and we are offering a part-time position for a Breakfast attendant hotel (2–3 days per week or more). Your working hours are during the day, from 07:00 to 15:00.
Job description
We serve a continental breakfast buffet to our hotel guests from 07:30 – 10:00 every morning, which is primarily prepared by the nightshift. As a breakfast attendant, you have a clean and professional appearance and are responsible for making sure that all items offered on the buffet table are properly presented and fully replenished before, during and between guest visits. When guests finish their breakfast, you will efficiently clear the tables and prepare them for the next guests.
After breakfast hours, you will tidy up the breakfast room, kitchen and prepare the breakfast for next day. When the next days preparation is over you will attend the tidiness and cleanliness of public spaces, and other work areas. Additional responsibilities include restocking supplies, maintaining inventory, and performing or assisting with periodic cleaning and upkeep tasks throughout the hotel. These tasks help maintain the overall cleanliness and functionality of the hotel beyond the breakfast service.
This is a versatile role that combines hands-on guest service with back-of-house support and daily operational duties.

Experience Previous experience in hospitality industry is a plus.
