Our machines enables our customers - the world’s leading chipmakers – to increase the production yields, and thus, functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics.
Where you will be working?
You will be working closely with our Business Architect and Business Analyst Logistics and the IT Team and will collaborate with various departments like our finance team.
What will you be doing?
As a Business Analyst with the focus on finance, you will emphasize the role’s responsibility in bridging business needs with technology solutions, particularly with the Infor ERP Ln system.
You will analyze business processes, document requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Infor ERP Ln aligns with organizational goals and supports financial functions.
You will play a major role during the implementation phases of the system, with our implementation partner and will help resolve operational issues and assure solutions function seamlessly.
Some of the important topics that are on your agenda;
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization and translate them into detailed functional and technical requirements;
- demonstrate strong understanding of Infor modules which a relevant to finance, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, TP Projects, Inter and intracompany trade;
- resolve issues and provide technical support to our users and systems, including training, ensuring optimal performance;
- participate in project activities, assist in the development of project plans, report progress and communicate will all relevant stakeholders;
- stays current with the latest trends and best practices;
- develop and execute test plans for system enhancements and upgrades;
- participate in change management processes by documenting, configuring, explaining, and reviewing requested changes.

What are we looking for?
Scale-ups can provide phenomenal learning and development opportunities but can also be a hectic environment at times. You must fit in such a climate and don’t mind to constantly implement changes and process improvements, and to go the extra mile on a regular basis and feel comfortable with some uncertainty.
Furthermore, you need to recognize yourself in the profile as described below.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields;
- At least 5 years of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation role, preferably with consulting experience, with strong knowledge of Infor ERP LN Cloud Suite;
- Understanding of business processes, financial reporting and accounting principles;
- Strong communication, collaboration, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
- Highly self-motivated and directed;

Experience in managing projects including planning, executions and closure.
