About the Role
What you'll do
- Collaborate closely with Hybrid AMs and CSMs to develop territory strategies and identify expansion opportunities in existing accounts
- Proactively engage new users and lines of business (Manager level and above) to showcase new use cases and drive adoption
- Generate at least 15+ meetings per quarter with previously undiscovered Manager+ personas in target accounts
- Source $554,000+ in incremental pipeline per quarter across expansion and new logo efforts
- Re-engage dormant or lightly engaged teams to boost overall account value and readiness for renewal/upsell
- Use a variety of outreach methods (email, phone, LinkedIn, video, etc.) to engage prospects and decision-makers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to support territory planning and forecasting
What you'll need
- 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or similar roles—preferably in SaaS or a fast-paced tech environment
- Strong research and strategic thinking skills; able to uncover opportunities across complex organizations
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
- A curious, growth-oriented attitude with a willingness to experiment and learn
- A goal-driven, results-oriented work ethic—you're excited to fuel Miro's growth through your own contributions
- Fluency in English & Dutch is required, any other language is a plus!
