At Deftpower we're looking for a Business Execution Lead to join our team.
Full-time · Arnhem
About the job
Imagine a future where your car not only drives but also contributes to a smarter, more sustainable energy system and even generates income. At Deftpower, we make that future a reality!
With a team of 70 professionals, we are building Europe’s most advanced EV charging platform, connecting nearly one million electric vehicles with charging stations and the power grid for seamless integration.
Your role
At Deftpower, we process high volumes of data and transactions across many markets and customers. Not everything runs always perfectly, and trust us, we know. You don’t need to point out what’s broken. What we’re looking for is someone who can spot which problems cost us the most, and gets energy from fixing them.
As Business Execution Lead, you make sure we’re in control and pave the way for future growth. You’ll dive deep into how processes work today, identify weak links, and drive automation wherever possible. You love to bring structure into chaos and don’t mind solving complex and sometimes unglamorous problems, especially when they save us money or make us audit-ready.
- Improve the lead-to-cash process;
- Spot and fix weak processes before they turn into financial loss;
- Drive automation and simplification of workflows;
- Ensure transactional data is correct, timely, and complete;
- Support regular periodic reporting to management and investors;
- Support the (financial) audits performed by external auditors;
About you
You’re someone who gets energy from fixing broken things. You enjoy complexity, know how to structure chaos, and love to improve processes. When pressure is high, you stay calm, and still aim for quality over speed. You like to automate work, not repeat it. And while you understand finance, your real passion is making sure systems and processes don't leak value.
You might have been a project manager, (financial) ERP consultant, operations specialist, or internal control lead. What matters is that you can and love to make things work better.
- Experience in process improvement or for example ERP implementation;
- A self-starting, assertive mindset with a focus on quality;
- The ability to automate, document, and simplify complex workflows;
- Finance / accounting experience is a must.
Benefits
This role is tailor-made for problem solvers who thrive on turning complexity into clarity and love seeing the impact of their work every day. At Deftpower, you’ll join a rapidly scaling tech company where innovation isn’t just a buzzword, it’s how we stay ahead in a fast-moving, ever-changing market.
If you enjoy working hands-on in a dynamic environment that pushes boundaries and moves fast, this is your chance to help shape the future of electric mobility.
To strengthen our team spirit, we host quarterly Deftpower Days (D-Day), where our teams from Arnhem and Berlin come together for a great time. But that’s not all, you’ll also get:
- Competitive salary between €5,500 and €7,500 a month;
- Optional ESOP shares, so you can grow with the company;
- Direct exposure to our partners and clients in energy, automotive, and finance;
- A steep learning curve in a fast-growing company with plenty of development opportunities;
- Trust and autonomy to shape your own strategy;
- An inspiring workplace in Arnhem, at the heart of the energy transition.
