What you’ll do as an Operator
As an Operator you are responsible for the assembly of medical devices. You report to one of the Production Supervisors and work in a team of Operators. We work in two shifts, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 06:45 in the morning and 23:15 in the evening.
Key responsibilities
- Assembling very small parts in a clean room environment in accordance with Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures to produce final products.
- Operating the line by loading and setting machines, monitoring reject levels and reporting or responding to machine stoppages.
- Carrying out routine in-process quality checks.
- Completing records and reporting production data in an accurate and timely manner.
- Carrying out daily cleaning activities and equipment maintenance.
- Contributing to ongoing improvement.

Who are you
You have an exceptional attention to detail and are able to handle and assemble very small parts in a fast-paced, repetitive manner.
The nature of the work requires you to be comfortable following strict processes and procedures.
You can follow work- and safety instructions in English. Dutch language is not required.
