We’re looking for a Client Solutions Manager with a consultative mindset and a sharp commercial instinct. Someone who knows how to listen, identify real needs, and build trust-based relationships with HR managers, operations directors, and decision-makers.
You won’t just be selling—you’ll be solving.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new B2B leads in the industrial/logistics sector.
- Visit potential clients and present our talent solutions with clarity and confidence.
- Coordinate with the team to craft proposals and close deals.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and CRM reporting.
- Be the point of contact for clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and growth.
What we value:
- Experience in B2B sales or client acquisition.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; Spanish is a plus.
- Autonomy, resilience, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
