About Ecraid
Ecraid is a not-for-profit clinical research foundation dedicated to reducing the impact of infectious diseases on individual and population health. Our mission is to join forces and collaborate to conduct high-impact studies efficiently.
Headquartered in Utrecht, the Netherlands, Ecraid is the first network of its kind in Europe. It provides a single point of access to a pan-European clinical research network for infectious diseases. This network encompasses over 1,200 clinical sites and 900 laboratories across 42 countries, facilitated by a European multidisciplinary clinical research framework and innovative research approaches.
The Role
As a CLIN-Net Project Officer, you will be supporting clinical studies within a dynamic and international network. You will identify and engage hospitals for participation in new clinical research projects, ensuring smooth processes from initial contact through to evaluation. You will draft feasibility questionnaires, distribute them, and manage the collected data, including contact details, performance metrics, and other essential information.
In addition, you will prepare progress and evaluation reports, providing analyses and recommendations. You will build and maintain strong relationships with both national and international academic and industry partners, while keeping all stakeholders well-informed. Finally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, ensuring high quality and efficiency across all activities.

Requirements
- HBO-level education with affinity for healthcare and/or research.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent networking abilities
- Proficiency in English at a business level
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Collaboration: Able to work effectively with diverse teams and partners.

This position is offered on a temporary one-year employment contract with potential for extension. We offer a monthly gross salary of between € 3.429,98 and € 4.789,34 that commensurate with experience and based on a full-time 36-hour workweek, plus 8% holiday allowance and 8.3% year-end bonus.
