Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Clinical Sales Representative to drive commercial success for the infusion portfolio in the Netherlands. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a clinical mindset who thrives on building a robust pipeline, converting leads into opportunities, and accelerating funnel progression. You will be responsible for identifying new business, nurturing key accounts, and delivering clinical value that supports purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Funnel Development
- Proactively identify and qualify new leads across hospitals and healthcare networks.
- Build and manage a dynamic sales funnel, ensuring consistent progression through the buying journey.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted campaigns and convert inbound interest into actionable opportunities.
Sales Execution & Account Management
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—for infusion solutions.
- Develop tailored value propositions and business cases to support tender submissions and procurement discussions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clinical and procurement stakeholders to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Clinical Enablement & Education
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations and clinical education sessions to nurses, pharmacists, and biomedical engineers.
- Support onboarding and implementation of new accounts, ensuring clinical adoption and satisfaction.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and positioning.
- Provide regular funnel forecasts and performance updates to the business unit manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Biomedical Sciences, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in infusion therapy or hospital-based solutions.
- Proven track record in lead generation, funnel management, and sales target achievement.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Netherlands.
