Job Title: CNC Bender – Sheet Metal | Uden
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a skilled CNC Bender to join a growing technical team in Uden, working within the automotive and logistics industry. This is a long-term position for someone who values independence, precision, and a supportive working environment.
Position Overview: As a CNC Bender, you will be responsible for operating CNC bending machines, primarily working with thin sheet metal. The ideal candidate will have strong technical insight, a proactive attitude, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings with accuracy. You’ll be part of a family-run team known for its quality craftsmanship and commitment to long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC bending machines (Amada)
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Perform precision sheet metal bending tasks independently
- Carry out quality checks with a critical eye for detail
- Adjust machine settings and assist with installations when needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Bender
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Solid understanding of CNC settings and programming fundamentals
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- High attention to detail and work ownership
Working Conditions:
- Monday–Thursday: 7:30 – 16:30
- 40 hours per week
- No shift work, daytime only
- Classified as medium physical workload
