About the position
As a Commercial and Financial Administrator, you are the linchpin between our financial administration and commercial operations. Your activities are both financial and commercial. You process purchase and salesorders and manage customer and supplier relationships. And you keep our financial administration in order. You will work closely with colleagues from Sales, Logistics and Management and will be an important link in the success of our organisation.
What will you do?
- Processing financial administration, purchase invoices, sales invoices, payments and declarations
- Preparation of quotations, sales orders and purchase orders
- Managing customer and supplier data in our ERP system
- Organizing logistics processes and administrative handling
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
What do you bring?
- MBO / HBO working and thinking level, preferably in business administration or business economics
- 2 years relevant experience. However, a starter with the right mindset can also be successful
- Experience with ERP systems (MS Business Central is an advantage)
- IT savvy and excellent MS Excel skills
- Good command of Dutch and English, both in speech and writing
- You are accurate and analytical and have good commercial insight
- You work in an organized and independent way
- You like to analyze and figure things out, but you also pick up the phone to call customers and suppliers
