Role Overview
The Communications Associate will support the communications team while gaining comprehensive exposure to all aspects of Nebius’s communications activities. This role will contribute across the board — from media relations to editorial initiatives, media monitoring to campaign support — and work closely with senior team members to learn the business and develop specialized expertise. The successful candidate will bring an instinct for storytelling and fresh perspectives, particularly around AI implementation and digital innovation, and have the opportunity to build foundational skills and gain experience in full-stack communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Support campaign development and execution, including research, content creation, and coordination activities
- Create engaging content for editorial initiatives, social media, as well as internal and external communications
- Monitor media coverage and compile regular reports on company mentions, sentiment analysis, and industry trends
- Support media relations, including building media lists, drafting press materials, coordinating interviews and building own relationships
- Research and analyze competitor activities, industry developments, and emerging communication trends
- Support cross-functional teams with communications guidance and materials development
- Explore and implement AI tools and innovative solutions to enhance communications efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist with event coordination, stakeholder communications, and special projects as needed
- Maintain and update communications databases, contact lists, and digital asset libraries
Key Qualifications & Experience
Must-have requirements:
- Some experience or demonstrated strong interest in communications, PR, marketing, or related field
- Strong writing and editing skills, ideally including demonstrable portfolio of materials
- Proficiency with social media platforms and basic understanding of digital marketing
- Research and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field; journalistic experience is also valuable
- Experience with AI tools, content automation, or communications technology
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools and PR software platforms
- Interest in data analysis and performance measurement
