This internship at Marktlink offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in Compensation & Benefits within HR. As an intern, you will take on a supportive and administrative role, where you will be involved in a variety of tasks and projects related to employee benefits and HR policy.
Your responsibilities
- Supporting the development and implementation of Compensation & Benefits policies.
- Assisting in analysing salary structures and benchmarking employment conditions.
- Supporting HR Business Partners with projects related to reward policies and employee benefits.
- Participating in various HR projects, aligned with your interests.
Your profile
- Studying HRM at a university of applied sciences (HBO) or academic (WO) level and looking for a challenging internship.
- Available at least 4 days a week for a period of 5 months (working internship).
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Enthusiastic, analytical, service-oriented, proactive and flexible.
