We’re looking for a Content Marketing Lead for the Dutch market. You’ll own our content strategy and production across the full funnel. You’ll build campaigns people want to read, not delete. You’ll help us stand out in a space that’s full of noise.
We sell to both SME and enterprise. Our customers are HR and L&D leaders who want to work skill-based. You’ll help them think, act, and choose differently - through content that hits the mark.
We’re just getting started. We already do things like the L&D Monitor, our HR Leader Dinners, or the Skill Navigator Webinar Series. And our ambition is 10x bigger. That’s where you come in.

Own our Dutch content strategy, from idea to impact
Build and run full-funnel campaigns with real creative ideas
Create high-quality Dutch content: guides, webinars, videos, podcasts, event content
Use AI tools to speed up production and sharpen quality
Turn customer insight into campaigns that drive interest and conversion
Work with sales, design, product, and events to make it all land
Reuse and scale content across the funnel and channels
Make sure our content is worth someone’s time, every single time
What you bring
You know what good content is. You’ve shipped it before
You’ve built campaigns or projects that delivered value to real people
You’ve worked with AI tools and have ideas on how to use them well
You’re fast. You can turn ideas into content quickly without losing quality
You’ve done podcasts, guides, writing, or video—ideally all of them
You don’t wait for briefs. You bring ideas and make them better with others
You speak and write Dutch like a native
