About the team
The Naval Industry team is responsible and accountable for the on-time production and delivery of the Thales Naval products within in cost and first-time right. To realize this the Naval Industry team is strongly and closely cooperating with the other departments (e.g. Engineering, Procurement, Product Segments) within Thales Naval.
As Thales Naval we foster a strong growth in demand to our products and to realize this the Industry team faces a high number of requests and demand on operational topics which need to be organized, prepared and/or taken care of. For that reason, we are looking for a Coordinator Industry Operations.
About your future job
As Coordinator Industry Operations you are the corner stone and linking pin within Industry. You are responsible for the coordination, organization and maintaining all the operational matters within Industry. As Coordinator Industry Operations you are also responsible for collecting information, preparation of the reporting and ensuring the timely communication of it.
Within this position you will help the Industry Management team by taking care of daily operational topics.
The main tasks and responsibilities are:
- Coordinate, organize and execute operational tasks assigned by Industry Director or Industry Management.
- Preparation and creation of reports based on information collected within Industry
- Maintain and analyze KPI’s
- Organize meetings and be the point of contact to coordinate visits
- Manage and prepare events for or within Industry
- Support the Industry ramp-up program
- Provide management support when needed
- Coordinate and support the onboarding process
