As a Corporate Business Partner at Unilabs Netherlands, you serve as the strategic link between our business units and the corporate leadership team. You bring financial acumen and strategic insight to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Whether it’s guiding key initiatives, enhancing our financial planning processes, or contributing to cross-functional projects, you are a trusted advisor who connects numbers to action and impact.
You work across the entire Dutch organization, collaborating with business leaders, finance teams, and medical experts to ensure alignment with Unilabs’ strategy. You translate complex data into actionable insights, challenge assumptions, and ensure our corporate performance is robust, sustainable, and patient-centric.

Examples of your responsibilities include:
- Acting as the financial co-pilot to business and functional leaders, offering insights that support effective decision-making;
- Leading and improving the annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes;
- Conducting scenario analyses and business case evaluations for corporate projects, investments, and partnerships;
- Supporting transformation initiatives and driving performance improvement across functions;
- Translating corporate strategy into KPIs and tracking progress via dashboards and financial reporting;
- Coordinating with international stakeholders and group functions to align local performance with global objectives;
- Being the voice of financial insight in strategic projects such as M&A integrations, sustainability, digitization, or capacity planning.
You are the go-to person for robust analysis, proactive risk identification, and integrated planning. You ensure that Unilabs operates as one high-performing, financially sound organization, with clear priorities and shared goals.
Requirements
- A strategic financial thinker with strong business insight and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, FP&A, business control, or management consulting;
- Experience in healthcare, laboratory services, or a similarly regulated environment is a plus;
- University degree (WO level), preferably in finance, business economics, or related field (RC is a strong advantage);
- Solid analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling;
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage;
- Strong communication and presentation skills, fluent in English (Dutch is a plus);
- Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
