About Us
World Leisure Concepts is a rapidly growing international startup in the dynamic leisure industry. As a content intern you will be mostly working with our two Amsterdam brands:
The Upside Down Amsterdam is the world’s largest upside-down social media experience. With more than 25 unique rooms and sets, we’ve created a mind-bending and colorful world where every visitor can unleash their creativity by taking the coolest and most fun photos and videos. All in line with the theme ‘The New Dutch.’
The All Out is the ultimate interactive bar in Amsterdam. Created by the team behind The Upside Down, we’re redefining entertainment in Amsterdam with a vibrant mix of games, themed karaoke rooms, and mouthwatering food and drinks (And let’s not forget about the ballpit!)
Responsibilities
· Proactively generate innovative concepts for social content and independently bring them to life.
· Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and identify opportunities to capitalize on new features and emerging trends.
· Collaborate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns.
· General support in the areas of content and design, and general marketing tasks, such as creating campaigns or brand videos.
· Prepare content shoots, from styling models to assisting in the production process.
· Handle some customer service tasks to better understand the company and stay connected with our visitors.
· Report to the content creator and social & content lead
Who You Are
· You are pursuing a university or HBO program in marketing/communication/design/media/content creation
· Knowledge of these editing programs:
- Must: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro OR CapCut.
- Bonus: Canva
· Extensive knowledge of the social media landscape and platforms
· A sharp eye for photography and videography
· Social, a team player, self-starter, and think in solutions!
· You have excellent command of English, and preferrably also Dutch

World Leisure Concepts is een snelgroeiende internationale startup in de dynamische leisure-industrie. Als contentstagiair(e) werk je voornamelijk met onze twee Amsterdamse merken:
- The Upside Down Amsterdam is de grootste upside-down social media experience ter wereld. Met meer dan 25 unieke kamers en sets hebben we een verbluffende en kleurrijke wereld gecreëerd waarin elke bezoeker zijn creativiteit de vrije loop kan laten door de leukste en meest creatieve foto’s en video’s te maken. Alles in lijn met het thema ‘The New Dutch.’
- The All Out is de ultieme interactieve bar in Amsterdam. Gecreëerd door het team achter The Upside Down, bieden we een vernieuwende mix van entertainment in Amsterdam, met leuke games, thematische karaokeruimtes en heerlijk eten en drinken (en laten we de ballenbak niet vergeten!).
Wat ga je doen?
- Proactief innovatieve concepten bedenken voor social content en deze zelfstandig tot leven brengen.
- Op de hoogte blijven van de laatste trends op social media en kansen signaleren om in te spelen op nieuwe functies en opkomende trends.
- Meedenken tijdens brainstormsessies voor campagnes.
- Algemene ondersteuning op het gebied van content en design, en marketingtaken zoals het maken van campagnes of merkvideo’s.
- Contentshoots voorbereiden, van het stylen van modellen tot het assisteren bij de productie.
- Incidenteel klantenservice-taken oppakken om de organisatie beter te leren kennen en verbonden te blijven met onze bezoekers.
- Rapporteren aan de content creator en de social & content lead.
Wie ben jij?
- Je volgt een universitaire of hbo-opleiding in marketing/communicatie/design/media/contentcreatie.
- Kennis van de volgende bewerkingsprogramma’s:
Must: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro óf CapCut.
Bonus: Canva.
- Uitgebreide kennis van het socialmedialandschap en de verschillende platforms.
- Een scherp oog voor fotografie en videografie.
- Sociaal, een teamspeler, proactief en oplossingsgericht.
- Je beheerst de Engelse taal uitstekend en bij voorkeur ook Nederlands.
