Ferring+You
You will be responsible for coordination and support to the commercial teams in Reproductive Medicine & Maternal Healthcare (RMMH), and Specialty Brands in the Netherlands. RMMH is one of the most important areas within the company. Furthermore, you will provide marketing support for the commercial teams, ensuring their activities in the field.
Your day at Ferring
Coordinating and supporting activities related to RMMH and Specialty Brands sales teams.
Independent planning and organization of local events, conferences, web meetings and internal meetings.
Coordinating and supporting activities in the Netherlands related to local marketing.
Support the creation, translation and approval of Dutch content.
Maintenance of the Ferring intranet and webpages.
E-mail and mail processing, preparation of presentation documents, archiving/documentation.
Organise and manage the logistics of approved sales promotion materials to where necessary patients, HCP and sales teams.
Preparation and follow-up Contract creation and management.
Invoice and budget control as well as processing, cost monitoring.
Create PO’s for Sales teams in Coupa.
Interface management to other areas.
Project work.
Collect and order information and data in the appropriate (excel) files and share it with sales teams.
Working in a cross-functional team in close cooperation with KAM’s, Product Managers and the Country Representative Netherlands, and, if necessary, agencies.
Behind our innovation…There’s you
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales support, or event management.
Excellent command of Dutch (at least B2) and English, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive and independent working attitude.
Experience with budget management and contract administration is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong planning and organizational abilities to efficiently manage projects and tasks.
