We are hiring a Customer Planning Leader - EMEA to join our team in the Netherlands.

The Customer Planning Leader, EMEA is a high-impact, strategic leadership position responsible for building and scaling world-class CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment) capabilities across ResMed’s EMEA supply chain. This role will champion the transformation from traditional, siloed planning to a fully integrated, collaborative, and data-driven approach—delivering greater supply chain agility, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
The Key to success in this role is strong engagement with business leaders, ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, as well as being an integral liaison point between the front-end functions (Product and Sales & Marketing) and back-end functions (Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance).
Reporting to the Head of Customer Supply Planning - EMEA, this is a unique opportunity to shape ResMed’s future supply chain and commercial partnerships, driving lasting change and best-in-class performance across the region.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities:
Drive Integrated Planning and Customer Collaboration
Collaborate closely with key customers to understand their supply chain requirements, including demand forecasts, inventory management, and delivery preferences. Develop tailored supply chain solutions to meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction.
Support commercial and supply chain teams in building joint business plans and customer-centric replenishment strategies with key partners.
Foster the transition from transactional supply chain management to long-term, solution-driven collaboration with customers and suppliers.
Demand Planning and Forecasting:
Lead demand planning activities to accurately forecast customer demand and optimize inventory levels. Utilize forecasting models, market trends, and customer insights to anticipate demand fluctuations so we can plan production and procurement accordingly.
Foster Cross-Functional and Cross-Company Collaboration
Promote and embed the concept of "integrated cross-functional and cross-company planning teams" to ensure aligned, customer-centric execution.
Facilitate collaboration between supply chain, sales, marketing, finance, IT, and external business partners.
Stakeholder Management:
Support commercial and supply chain teams in building joint business plans and customer-centric replenishment strategies with key partners.
Strategic Projects and Initiatives
Lead or co-lead strategic initiatives that enhance CPFR maturity, supply chain agility, and customer satisfaction.
Represent EMEA in global supply chain excellence initiatives and ensure bi-directional knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in supply chain, commercial planning, S&OP/IBP, or business transformation roles, preferably within the MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional and cross-company transformation initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization.
Deep expertise in collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment frameworks, demand planning, and supply chain best practices.
Demonstrated success in coaching, capability building, and driving supply chain or commercial excellence programs.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to leverage data and planning tools for decision-making and performance improvement.
Familiarity with supply chain management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) and advanced planning tools.
