1. The role of the Customer service would be to take the responsibility of the project from the
date of assignment.
2. Customer service Associate will be responsible to send the introductory email to the shipper and
coordinate for the shipment execution.
3. Customer service Associate will do the pricing for Sea and Airfreight consignment and prepare the
file for the particular project.
4. Customer service Associate will be responsible to check the vessel and airline schedule and keep
tracking the same once the booking is confirmed.
5. Customer service Associate will be responsible to file Shipping instructions (SI) on the shipping portal
or provide the shipping instructions to vendor if outsourced in a timely manner.
6. Customer service Associate will be responsible to keep a track of the shipment by checking the
online portal of the shipping lines (wherever applicable).
7. Customer service Associate will be responsible to coordinate with the vendors and be aware of the
real time status of the shipment in case of nomination business or import shipments.
8. Customer service Associate will also be responsible to provide real time update to them so that they
can keep our client informed about the status of the shipment.
9. Customer service associate will report to the operation Manager to oversee the timely completion of
their deliverables.
10. Customer service associate would be responsible to keep the directors informed of any anticipated
or unanticipated operational issues or challenges in a timely manner. Also, discuss the probable
mitigation plan for the identified issues.
Required Skill Set:
1. Good verbal communication Skills – must be well versed in English And Dutch (preferred)
2. Good command on written English language and grammar, as all official email correspondence
will be in English language only. There will be frequent communication with international
customers/ agents so this skill is very important.
3. Must showcase a problem-solving attitude.
4. The position requires personnel with hardworking and professional attitude towards their assignments.
5. The individual must be flexible and adaptive to work in a start up organisation and limited
workforce.
6. Must be a multi Tasker and have excellent time management skills.

Salaris: €2.500,00 - €2.600,00 per maand
